"Quality of life as a compass for local governance!" | GOVQoL Final conference

Focusing on the local governance, the Interreg Alpine Space project GOVQoL - Empowering local governance of Alpine communities for a better quality of life offers a transformative approach by empowering Alpine communities with the necessary tools, knowledge & skills to integrate quality of life into their policy-making processes. The project recognizes that local governance plays a crucial role in improving the daily lives of residents and ensuring that quality of life is embedded in long-term strategies. 

The final conference will take place under the motto "Quality of life as a compass for local governance!", also the title of the handbook we have produced during the project. The event will be the opportunity to look back on the work achieved by the pilot territories, to explore in detail how local municipalities can improve quality of life through local governance, and to bridge the gap between the different level of Alpine governance.
